Terms and Conditions:

We have tried to make our website easy to use, please email us if you have any problems.

Ordering times:

Orders will normally be sent out within one working week,

more often within 3 - 4 days.

Please send us an email if you want it for a specific date.

Shipping:

We use a combination of Royal Mail 1st class post, Royal Mail Recorded/Special delivery and Courier Service, depending on the value and size of your package, and where we are sending it.

Each item will have a delivery charge, which will add up in the shopping cart.

We have laboured long & hard to make this reasonable, if you feel it isn't, please do contact us!

Packaging:

We use recycled OUTER packaging whenever possible,

inside the items will be carefully & beautifully wrapped.

Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal, which is safe and easy to use.

You don't have to be a member of PayPal.

You can pay over the phone during shop hours with a credit or debit card.

If you prefer, email & arrange to send a cheque - UK/sterling only please.

Returns:

Not happy with your product?

Let us know immediately by email.

If you return it in the condition you received it,

we will be happy to refund you.

Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage, please make sure it is as well packaged as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items.

If your order is damaged, please email us immediately.

Mailing list:

We will never pass any of your details on to any 3rd party.

You will occasionally get an email from us, but you can opt out of this whenever you like.
